Hannah Jones’ practice focuses on complex litigation including commercial disputes, class actions, and intellectual property matters including patent and copyright infringement. She has significant experience in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, from the filing of an initial complaint to trial to appeals. Hannah has also participated in several internal investigations into allegations of trade secret misappropriation, employee misconduct, and antitrust violations.
Hannah maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on women’s issues and has worked with the Center for Reproductive Rights advising on legal challenges to state law abortion restrictions.
Prior to joining Coblentz, Hannah was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Silicon Valley.
Hannah received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, where she received six Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence. While in law school, she served as a member of the UC Davis Law Review and was elected Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A., with honors, from Lewis and Clark College.
