Celebrity endorsement deals
Product placement arrangements
Cause marketing campaigns
Social media campaigns
Promotions and contests
Intellectual property and clearance matters
Employment and incentive/retention matters
Privacy and regulatory issues
The Coblentz team also helps resolve claims of false advertising, trademark and copyright infringement, publicity and privacy breaches, and other contractual, statutory and tort claims that arise in the creative services context from time to time.
Coblentz has enjoyed a close relationship with the advertising and creative services community for many years through our robust advertising practice.
In 2010, Coblentz first presented a morning program where advertising and creative services industry leaders and visionaries could share their insights and experiences, featuring notable speakers from agencies and creative services firms that speak on a variety of topics of interest to the industry. Rise&Shine has been a signature event from Coblentz for eleven years running.
We have hosted many noteworthy speakers over the years and featured program designs by both well-known and up-and-coming design firms. Past programs and speakers can be viewed on our Rise&Shine event page.
Rise&Shine is by invitation only. If you are interested in attending a future program, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Historically a live event, we were happy to be able to bring our advertising and creative services community together online for 2020. For our 11th annual program, we featured two leaders in American advertising to share their insights: John Patroulis, the Worldwide CCO of Grey Group, discussing the primary importance of the creative idea for effective advertising, and Andrew Hall, an investment advisory firm founder and experienced M&A veteran, on predictions of the impact the pandemic on the economy in general and marketing services in particular.
