Katherine (Kat) Gianelli counsels clients on commercial and technology transactions, with a focus on intellectual property protection, licensing, and ownership. Kat drafts commercial agreements, including licensing and service agreements, and advises clients on the IP aspects of transactions.

Prior to joining Coblentz, Kat was an associate with Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Kat earned her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (Hastings) in 2023. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018.
