Lindsay M. Gehman

The Intersection of AI and Influencer Marketing

Join Lindsay Gehman on Monday, November 2, 2026 for the ANA Masters of Advertising Law Conference in Huntington Beach, California.

Lindsay will moderate the panel “The Intersection of AI and Influencer Marketing.” This session will explore how artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping influencer campaigns—from AI-powered creator selection, audience analytics, and campaign optimization to generative copy, virtual influencers, synthetic endorsements, and digital replicas. Drawing on Coblentz’s Creative Services and Artificial Intelligence capabilities, this panel will examine the business opportunities and legal risks emerging at this intersection, including FTC endorsement and testimonial rules, disclosure obligations, right-of-publicity concerns, intellectual property ownership, contract allocation of risk, and practical governance strategies for brands, agencies, platforms, creators, and technology providers.

Lindsay will be joined by Melanie Full (Associate General Counsel, GALLO), Laura Slezinger Jenkins (Senior Counsel, Marketing & Intellectual Property, Airbnb Inc.), and Laura Protzmann (Attorney, NAD & AIBBB National Programs).
