Peter Wang is a corporate attorney who has broad transactional experience. Peter focuses his practice on financial and strategic mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, restructurings and capital markets offerings. He represents clients across a range of industries in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity and debt investments, and other corporate transactions, routinely working in coordination with the other financial and strategic advisors of his clients. His recent experience includes venture capital investments, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, and complex in-court and out-of-court corporate restructurings. In addition, Peter advises companies in their day-to-day corporate and governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Peter was an associate in the global corporate group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, and had previously also served as a fellow with the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty.
Peter graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law where he was Editor in Chief of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. He earned his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Classics from the University of California, Davis.
