Heather Webb practices transactional real estate, with particular emphasis on financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing transactions. Her experience includes negotiating, documenting and closing a wide range of commercial real estate transactions involving a variety of asset classes, including hotels and resorts, office buildings, multi-family, retail, and vacant land.
Heather is also committed to pro bono practice. Her pro bono representations include the successful representation of asylum claimants.
Prior to joining Coblentz, Heather was an associate at Jones Day in San Francisco. Heather has also practiced in New York, including with the Legal Aid Society. She is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
Heather is Co-Chair of the Bar Association of San Francisco Barristers Club Pro Bono and Community Service Committee. She is a member of the Associates Board of Back on My Feet, a nonprofit that aims to combat homelessness by building confidence through running and offering community support and essential employment and housing resources.
Heather earned her J.D. from New York Law School, magna cum laude, and an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
