Charlie Weiss’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal court. He has represented clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, as well as white-collar criminal investigations.
Charlie maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration matters.
Prior to joining Coblentz, Charlie clerked for the Honorable William Alsup in the District Court for the Northern District of California and was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP.
Charlie earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he externed for the Honorable Jon Tigar in the District Court for the Northern District of California. Charlie received his B.A. in English from Wesleyan University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
