Not so long ago, the legal landscape in the Bay Area was populated by numerous mid-sized firms. Now there are just a few. Many closed their doors, and others have been acquired by large national firms. Indeed, some of the largest San Francisco firms have met similar fates. We are proud of having survived, prospered and maintained our identity and independence. This is the kind of firm that we want to practice in, and we believe that it is the kind of firm that best suits the needs of our clients.
