James Parrinello


James Parrinello focuses his practice on corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and growth stage investments. He represents public and private clients in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, investments, securities offerings and other corporate transactions. In addition, James advises companies in their day-to-day corporate and governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, James was a corporate & securities associate at Baker & McKenzie LLP in Palo Alto and San Francisco.

James is a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California. 


James graduated from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, magna cum laude and order of the coif.  James also externed at the Securities and Exchange Commission in San Francisco.  James received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Rochester.
