Partner Laudan Raissi Moderating Panel at ULI Fall Meeting & Urban Land Expo

CPDB partner Laudan Raissi will moderate a panel Thursday, November 5, 2009, at the Urban Land Institute's Fall Meeting and Urban Land Expo.

The panel "Downturn Demographics; Repositioning for Today's West" will cover how the national recession and real estate downturn are leading to uncharted territory for some regions accustomed to decades of rapid population growth, and what it means for a real estate recovery if population growth is slowing or possibly reversing in markets like Phoenix, Las Vegas, and California's Inland Empire.
